We hand-make each shelf and want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Return Window 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on standard sizes and finishes.

Eligibility

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled (no drill/mounting holes or damage)

  • In original or equivalent protective packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Final sale: custom/personalized sizes or finishes not listed on our site, stain sample kits, gift cards, and clearance items.

Return Shipping & Restocking

  • Buyer pays return shipping. Use a trackable, insured carrier.

  • Original outbound shipping is non-refundable (including “free shipping” offers—our actual outbound cost may be deducted from the refund).

  • No restocking fee on shelves under 48″.

  • Oversize restocking: shelves 48″ and longer may incur up to 20% to cover oversized handling, packaging, and inspection time.

  • If we generate a prepaid return label at your request, the label cost will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return (RMA required)

Email cpmcoric@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Packages sent without an RMA may be refused.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Email cpmcoric@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include photos of the damage, the shipping label, and all packaging (inside and out).

  3. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
    We’ll send a replacement at no cost, or refund if a replacement isn’t available.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Restocking is waived when you exchange for another size/finish

  • For the fastest swap, start a return and place a new order; we’ll process the refund when the original item arrives and passes inspection.

Refunds

After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days. Shipping charges, any prepaid return label (if used), and applicable restocking fees may be deducted. Processing times vary by bank.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 12 hours, production typically begins and cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
